 Place order instruction:

1. inquiry professional quotation

2. confirm the price, lead time, payment, shipment ect

3. make PI and sign contract

4. send us the bank receipt to make sure deposit

5. make mould to samples, after approval, start to arrange the production

6. show you the order progress by video or photos in the middle production

7. inform you end production

8. accept the balance and send products by Express or air, as the contract

9. order can be said'finish' when you get the products

10. after sale service, feedback to us about the quality, package, any other question will be welcome

• 300pcs per one color, we will make any colors as per your pantone color number. 
• Is that possible to make our logo on the product? 
• Yes, just send us your logo design with AI, PSD or CDR format file. 
• Do you provide customized gift box?  
• Yes, we can make the custom box with your design on it. 
• Are all your kitchenware with FDA approved. 
• Yes, we use 100% food grade material, BPA free, FDA approval. 
• What payment do you accept? 
• By T/T and western union 30% deposit for production, 70% balance before shipment & goods inspeciton.
