Machinery/Production Process 
  To guarantee smooth deliveries, we have devised a well-organized production process. Before production, sample drawings are created from which a mold is then developed. 
  Next, we submit the sample, along with its inspection sheet, for customer approval. 
  Once approved, we produce a sample batch in order to check for any flaws before mass production begins. As full production begins, QC inspections are conducted throughout manufacturing for quality assurance.

(1) 30% T/T down payment before production, and the balance to be paid during the shipment.
(2) Irrevocable L/C At Sight.

  Sample

(1) Ready samples of die cast parts are available.
(2) New samples can be made at your request.
(3) Samples can be developed either from cutomer’s sample quality or drawings.
(4) Each new sample of casting parts requires different sample development cost, and it will be fully refunded back to you at the time order is placed.

  Lead time

(1) It takes 30 to 45 days from the time we receive the down payment or L/C.
(2) Usually we export from Xingang China.
