is suitable for conveying powdery materials, granular materials and small bulk materials, such as cement, coal, grain, chemical fertilizer, ash, sand, coke, etc. It is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power, coal, machinery, light industry, grain and food industries. Series LS spiral conveyor is not suitable for conveying perishable, sticky or easy agglomerating materials. In general, the working environment temperature for series LS spiral conveyor  is between -20~40°c, and the temperature of materials conveyed is between -20~80°c.
Series LS spiral conveyor is suitable to be installed horizontally or in small inclination angle. The inclination angle should not exceed 15°. If the inclination angle is big, please choose series GX spiral conveyor, or you can contact us for special design.

Applicable materials of screw conveyor for silo cement

 Loose materials such as powder, granular and small piece material , which includes: clay powder, pulverized coal, cement, sand, grain, small piece of coal , cobble, and cast iron filings, etc.

While it is not applicable for materials with high viscosity and easy to be curdled.

Widely applied:It is widely used for the loose cement transportation from cement warehouse to mixer or from cement warehouse to compounding machine in concrete mixing plant.
