Weighting system adopts single bin, 4 pints hang, with transport fixed components, weighting capacity: aggregate 750kg, powder 125kg, bitumen 90kg.

The sensor adopts Sino-US TOLEDO, with accuracy weighting, weighting error automatic compensation.

Double inducer drive, twin shaft reverse rotation mixing tank.

Mineral powder supply system

Consistence: filter elevator, new and recycle powder bin, filter weighting device, two sets screw conveyor.

Screw conveyor exit equipped with butterfly valve, to control the impulse; filter temporary storage bin pneumatic break arch.

Bitumen supply mobile module(include thermal oil furnace system)

30m³ bitumen tank 1 set, 10m³ diesel tank 1 set, 2m³ dump tank 1set, pipe and pump,. 300000 kcal thermal oil furnace one set, valve 1 set.

Use conduction oil to heat bitumen. The temperature grow fast, easy to use. Bitumen tank setted on the ground, easy to discharge bitumen.

One horizontal transport cart, one lifting transport cart, one reject bin, one finished product storage bin, one winch, one diesel spray device.
