The unit adopts pure new air heating mode to improve surface quality of home appliances and printing plates. It also increases surface conditioning in pretreatment section before steel plate passivation to increase coating performance and adhesive ability of coating passivator. The printing means impressing pattern on steel plate, is characterized by adding light pattern and varnish (finishing varnish) to existing color coating to show luxury and brightness—bright color, outstanding level, better visual effect and flash function, achieves the aims of beautifying commodities and improving competitiveness in packaging and decorative occasions, and also can improve durability, corrosion resistance and formability. Its supporting projects include lapping and pressing machine, acid regeneration, natural gas hydrogen production, and copious cooling nitrogen production. The lapping and pressing unit can shear end coils of pickling plates or mill to improve sales price of products or waste materials. The acid regeneration unit improves iron powder content of iron oxide red, and can further expand the market of iron oxide red. Natural gas hydrogen production and copious cooling nitrogen production unit improves safety and reduces production cost than the current technology.
