ATTENTIONS

1. WEIGHING GROOVES ARE DELICATE PARTS. NO OVER WEIGHING IS ALLOWED.

THE LIMIT OF THIS TYPE OF MACHINE IS 2 KGS. ONCE OVER WEIGHED, THE ACCURACY WOULD BE AFFECTED. IN SOME CASES THE SENSORS IN THEM CAN BE DAMAGED. THIS POINT SHOULD PAY MUCH ATTENTION TO WHEN PROCESSING OR WHEN DISASSEMBLING.

2.MAKE SURE TO KEEP THE HEIGHT OF THE MATERIAL IN THE HOPPER. AVOID THE CONDITION THE THE HEIGHT OF THE MATERIAL IS LOWER THAN THE INSPECTION WINDOW LEVEL. WHEN IT IS, MORE MATERIALS SHOULD BE SUPPLIED TO THE HOPPER.

INSTALLATION

1.MACHINE SHOULD BE PUT IN A BRIGHT, DRY,TIDY PLACE WITH A FLAT FLOOR. ADJUST BOTTOM SCREWS WHEN NECESSORY.

2.LOOSE THE FASTENING SCREWS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE VIBRATION COMPARTMENT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MACHINE. TAKE OUT THE WOOD PLATE. 

REMARKS: THE SCREWS ARE USED TO FASTEN THE VIBRATION COMPARTMENT TO KEEP IT SECURED WHEN TRANSPORTING.

3.CONNECT THE CONTROL CABINET. CONNECT THE FOOT PEDAL SWITCH.

4.CONNECT THE POWER SUPPLY ( AC 220V).
