Autoclave trolley

Autoclave trolley is also called hardening cart, circularly used to transport the cut green cakes into the autoclave and takes mature cakes out of autoclave. Usually, one single trolley carries two or three cakes at a time pulled by traction mechanism or slow winch.

Mould

Mould is circularly used to contain slurry and carry green cake before cutting.

The size and quantity of mould in AAC production line mainly depends on the total annual capacity while other facts such as local climate, raw material type etc. also have influence.
