Cooling system

Horizental condenser: from the picture, we can see the internal structure.

Advantages: inside each condenser has many pieces gas pipe, cooling area can reach 40m²

                             the pipe is thin, so it can be cooled quickly.

                             looks more beautiful.

Disk flow condenser: inside the condenser, it is the disk flow

Advantages: 1) can enlarge the cooling area and cooling time

                              2) can imrove oil quality and yield.

Of course, we also have others cooling system for your chices, you can according

to your requirement and needs to choose them.

Dedusting system

The 1st one is defurization deduster: Remove the sulfur dioxide from the flue gas.

The 2nd one is spraying-deduster:a.circulatind water,no pollution

                                                         b.high pressure spray,dust absorption

                                                         c.the heat,add in alkaline and sulfur dioxide.

The 3rd one is water film cyclone:Remove the particles in the flue gas impurities.

Carbon black discharging system

The internal structure is the screw conveyor

Advantages:1)with the help of the screw conveyor, the carbon black can be discharged

                        at the high temperature.shorten the discharging time.

                    2) the carbon black can be storge in the carbon tank, so it more environmental and safety.

                    3) it can be discharge automatically, safe and save labor force.

The carbon black slag system

The picture at the bottom is the newest design about the carbon black discharging system, this design

can discharge the carbon black with the help of screw conveyor at the high tempareture,so that can save

running time,and with the help of carbon black tank, which can more enviromental and safer.

Of course, the end product percentage will be some difference according to

different raw materail, although they are all plastic, there will be a little

differences,but the rate will in the range.
