Stamping (also known as pressing) includes a variety of sheet-metal forming manufacturing processes, such as punching using a machine press or stamping press, blanking, embossing, bending, flanging, and coining. This could be a single stage operation where every stroke of the press produces the desired form on the sheet metal part, or could occur through a series of stages. The process is usually carried out on sheet metal, but can also be used on other materials, such as polystyrene.

We are specialized in producing a variety of metal stamping parts. In our workshop, there are many stamping presses. Punching capacity is from 10 ton to 150 ton. They are suitable for the parts of small and middle sizes.

We have the unique design of non-cam and non-rocker,the CNC computer spring machine independent controlled by multiple servo motor.(the speed of debug machine is over 50 percent faster than the traditional cam machine, fast production, precise positioning,steady operation; all one-time forming as for the high challenge, multi-folder spring, without additional processing.)
