Power system

Vibration system

●Shantui patented vibratory drum features sound structure and consistent performance. The high volume of lubrication oil ensures good lubrication and cooling and prolongs service life of machine.
●Vibratory pump and motor are supplied by well-known internal manufacturer to ensure reliable vibration system and compaction.

Cab

●Single gear-shifting lever increases operator’ efficiency and relaxes the operator;
●Comfortable and tough imported seat that can be adjusted forward and backward; the seat is also equipped with an armrest that can be turned to right or left side and retractable safety belt;
●The cab is equipped with A/C; the rubber shock absorber isolates the operation from vibration, which relaxes the operator greatly;

Driving performance 

●The double traveling driving system provides power to the front drum and rear axle to ensure excellent control and traction;
●The low speed is applicable to vibration compaction operation and climbing while the high speed is applicable to quick transition and movement within a large range;

Applicable scope

●Standard double amplitudes expand application scope;
●Large span between high and low exciting force enables different compaction solution to different density;
●Vibration data of the drum conforms to field condition; in addition, the drum can be installed with a pad foot to expand application scope;

Service and maintenance

The engine good can be lifted to a large degree; service-free battery, real-time monitoring of pressure and temperature and reasonable layout of fuel tank and oil tank ensure good maintenance, cut short shutdown time and increase efficiency of machine.
