The KIC ‘DOUBLE ENDED CONVEYOR IDLER HORIZONTAL BORING MACHINE’ is designed for finest finishes and take up heavy load. It falls under special purpose machine category for Simultaneous Boring Of Belt Conveyor Rollers. It has one bed there are two work heads with independent motors at rear and revolving machining tools post on front which has independent controls.
A Coolant pump is provided for cooling effect while machining the pipe ends on both the sides. Limit Switches are provided for automatic cut off ‘feed' of machining once it is achieved as per our requirement or setting. Between two work heads on Bed, two nos. Pipe Holding devices are provided which can be provided either with Manual hold or Hydraulic hold. A separate motor is provided for Lead Screw for Auto Feed and Auto Cut Off.
