Tunnel kiln Instroductions:

1.Tunnel kiln is used for firing unburned bricks. 

2.The kiln car loads the adobes from workshop to tunnel kiln

3.The draft fan blow heat wind into the kiln to dry the adobe

4.After drying and sintering,the kiln car convey the end products out of kiln

2.Process:

1)The adobe out from the vacuum brick machine,through the divide adobe machine to transport to the kiln car.

2)The kiln car on the rail to reach the kiln gate.

3)The pusher car pushing the kiln car to the preheating zone,then with the help of ferry car to arrive at the high roasting zone.

4)At last, The kiln car come out of the tunnel kiln on the rail to reach the finished products zone.
