III.Installation

 2.open tool box, take out turntable

 3.Remove the steel rod crossing the machine (see Figure below) , and the four feet clamps.  

4. Unscrew the lock nuts of the Truckle in anticlockwise direction

5.install canister on turntable

IV Operation

  This machine is controlled by a built-in main board, which is easy to operate

B.Shaking Paint

 1Open the viewing door, Load the paint can into the plate

2.Choose desired shaking time, Press button,LCD shows "shaking"

3.When finished, LCD shows "wait please".

4.Open the viewing door, take out of paint can.

V Maintenance

1 Daily maintenance

1.1 Move each plunger handle up and down three times every day to ensure smooth flow of colorants and avoid blockages in pumps and canisters

1.2Clean the nozzle with soft cloth or cotton moistened with water or thinner to keep it unobstructed.

1.3 Check the colorant level in canisters and refill it in time if necessary. If the colorant is lower than the feeding level, air will enter the pump when lifting up plunger handle. This will cause inaccuracy in dispensing.

2.Periodical maintenance

2.1Check the fixed base is Loosed or not (Figure a), If loosed, push the base to the Most bottom position. ,fasten two screws of the base Symmetrically with inner hexagon Spanner. (Figure b,c)
