This series of mixing plant adopts the semi-pulling structure with running system and standard coupling pin.It can be dragged by a tractor. Compact structure, fast build, without foundation without test it. It only takes one day from installation to use.To be convenient for long distance transportation,the mixing plant can be divided into several standard modules,and then be packed into containers.

1.Adopt twin-shaft compulsory concrete mixer as the assorted mixer, which has obvious characteristics like fast mixing, wide mixing range and good quality concrete, etc to satisfy the customers' requirement.

2.Adopt click to supplement, to ensure the accuracy of dynamic measurement no more than ±1%.

3.Adopt touch-screen computer, two operation devices, manul,  manually,semi-automatic and automatic there working form to ensure ensure the reliable operation of equipment.

4.Adopt additive weighing scale pneumatic conveying equipment,applied for national patent,to measure and convey additives,which completely avoid the quality accident caused by the failure of additive system.

5. Overall considering concrete technological requirements to enable perfect functions like: pand function are available in all varieties. The unique proportioning storage, self compensation of aggregates drop,  automatic compensating of sand moisture, alarming and revising of low or over-sale, on-line modifying formula, data saving and query, and report-print and so on.

6. Use pre-debugged air plugs to ensure quick installation and commissioning.
