A:  Our main business is sales and repair of  FANUC products. Besides, we also offer other CNC spare parts.

2.Q:Where is your company located? How can I visit there? 
A:Our headquarter is located in Shanghai China and our branch office is in Taizhou Zhejiang China. Welcome to our company! 

3.Q:Do you have the testing equipments and how long is the lead time?

A:We have prefect testing equipments and all the parts are 100% tested ok before packing. Most of the parts are in stocks so the lead time is usually 1-2 days.

4.Q: How can you guarantee the quality of the parts?
A: 3 months warranty for the used parts and 1 year warranty for the new parts.If you receive the parts but it can't work well, you can return it back to us within 7 days, we pay the come-and-go shipping fee.

5.Q:How about the packing? 

A:We usually use  3 cm thick foam board to fill in all around the box inside to protect parts. We often use carton to pack the parts, but if they are too heavy, we will customized the wooden box for parts.
