1.Q:Are you a manufacture or trading company? 
A: we are manufacture,we have printing and handmade factory.

2.Q:Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?

A:Yes,we do.we have experienced designers.

3.Q:How about sample cost?

A:We provice free existing samples for you to test the quality,and if you need customized sample.pls send us artwork,and our sales will tell you the cost details.

4.Q:What's your MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity)?

A:Our MOQ is 1000pcs per color per design as usual .For special situation ,we could accept 500-1000pcs. Pls contact our sales to get details for MOQ.

5.Q:Whether your products have any test report?

A:Yes,our products can pass GSG/BV test.Pls noted if you need the test report,pls indicate it on Sales Contract.

6.Q:What's the payment?

A:Usually we accept T/T,L/C and Western Union.

7.Q:Can we use our own shipping agent?

A:Yes,you can.We had cooperated with many forwarders.Pls tell us when you ask for FOB cost.

8.Q:How to control the quality?

A:We have our own QC department,our QC will inspect all goods before packing and during packing.
