Korea Water Tech's KOSIS consecutively decomposes macromolecule organics of food waste and water with thermal water of a high temperature of 200°C and 20 atmospheric pressure. It is the world's first consecutive heat exchange thermal water decomposing device.

Compared to other products, KOSIS has the following advantages.

1. Processes organic waste without odor 

2. Processes at 15 percent of energy of other products (150,000 kcal/ton) making it highly economical.

3. Technology to collect renewable energy from organics with 700,000 kcal/ ton nutrients.

•Features

Korea Water Tech's KOSIS decomposes with thermal water of 200°C and 20 atmospheric pressure, macromolecules of food waste and water into micromolecule organics for use as an alternative product of methanol, a nitrogen remover in sewage treatment sites, to turn food waste and water into a nitrogen remover and turn the waste into resources.

The characteristics of our thermal water decomposition technology is decomposing macromolecule carbohydrates, fat and protein with water of 200°C and 20 atmospheric pressure containing high ion concentration into micromolecule organics of amino acids, fatty acids or organic acids to create nutritious organics of denitrification microorganisms. In addition, the thermal water decomposition melts all entry of protein in the cell membranes of all bacteria to exterminate bacteria in the most hygienic way and decomposes odor producing materials without generating odor or bubbles. It is therefore outstanding even in the public health and environmental aspects. The organics decomposed with thermal water at 200°C and cold organics are heat exchanged several times for 120°C of heat exchanged and only 60°C heated externally, saving on energy. Heat exchange has been added to the consecutive device to make thermal water decomposition more economical.
