FAQ:

 1.What is your MOQ ?

Usually our MOQ is 2,000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service. 

2.Can I get samples?

 Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.  

We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach you, subject where you are.  

3.How long is the sample lead time? 

For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 4-6 days, subject to your designs whether they need new molds or new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request. 

4.How long is the production lead time? 

It takes 10-15 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

5.How much is the freight charge?

To save cost for you and in order that you can get goods earlier, we suggest to deliver by express for small quantity, such as 10,000pcs of bracelets, 2000pcs phone cases, etc. They are not heavy, if shipped by express, it takes 3-5 days to reach, but freight charge is not higher than that by sea.

You can see weight of similar items you order, so you can check the freight charge here for your reference. We enjoy a discount, so freight charge is lower than the freight charge you see. Please take it easy.

For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by sea. Trade terms can be FOB SHENZHEN or CIF your port, in some countries, our forwarder can dispatch the goods to your door, which is more convenient for you.

6.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

 We have our own drawer. So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.  

 7.How many colors are available?

 We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.

Note: We have no 801 2X to 814 2X in our pantone paper. But we have 801C to 814C in neon colors.  

 8.Which kinds of certificate would you have?

 CE, ROHS, SGS, REACH. All watches is lead, cadmium & nickel free which can meet European & USA standard.
