This kind of slitting rewinder is used to slit and rewind the bathroom tissue, non-woven materials. The single ply paper can be slit and rewinded into two, three or four ply paper with various widths, for the production of napkins, hankies, facials or sanitary napkins. 1.Adopts air swelling shaft to furl roll(or to use pneumatic style to furl roll), the tension of furling roll can be adjusted.

2.Blank pressing system: using steel to steel blank pressing and independent cylinder, to make the paper non separation.

3. Three backstands, pneumatic jumbo roll loading, and pneumatically wide belt paper unwinding driving, and individual web tension control unit for each jumbo roll.

4. Trimming, gluing and sealing device can be customized as clients’ requests.

You can purchase the raw material in your area. If you like, we can purchase raw material from our cooperated suppliers in China at low cost for you.

If 100g for one roll of paper, 10 rolls in a bag, we can get about 900 bags from 1 ton of raw material.

The overall dimension of our machine is 6m(length)*3m(width)*1.8m(height), to take the working table into account, the plant area is about 50m2. The height of door is 2m. (The warehouse is not included. )
