 Working Principle:

Cranking the handle,changing speed by professional designed driving gear which can drive the three-phase brushless generator for alternating current. The alternating current can be transformed into DC through commutating and voltagestabilizing which to charge its built-in NI-MH battery, so as to achieve energy converting and accumulating.

  The built-in radio circuit makes the two wave bands ( FM/WB ) work normally. It can search stations automatically from low-end frequencies to high-end ( locked automatically when stations have been received ). Press the reset button to search again .

It can also charge for mobilephone via its built-in chargeable circuit.

 Operation Method:

1)      Cranking for power : (the charge indicator will light when cranking)

1.      Charge the built-in battery: Unlock the handle, crank it at the speed of 2.5 to 3 circles per second. The faster you crank, the higher efficiency to charge.

Note: It is normal that there is a little noise in loudhailer if you are listening to the radio at the same time.

2.      Charge for mobile phone: Connect this product and your mobilephone with the charging cable we provided. Crank the handle at the speed of 2.5-3 circles per second about 1 or 2 seconds. It means charging when the charge indicator lights.(It may not charge the built-in battery at this time)

3.      Lock the handle again when finished.

2)      Radio reception:

1.      Operation of the radio switch and volume adjusting: Turn the volume dial clockwise can amplify the volume , Contrariwise, turn it anticlockwise for volume decreasing, a “crack” sound will be heard to show power off.

2.      FM reception: Push the wave band to “FM” to make the radio work.

A.     Select station :

Turn the "tune knob" to search stations from the lower frequency to the upper end. The radio will lock the station automatically if there is one exsit. If you want to go on searching, you can press this button again.

Note: a) The radio will stop in the interferential frequency point. At that time, you have to press this button repeatedly.

b) Be patient to wait for a while because the lower frequency station usually distributes a little thick and fast

B.     Reset button: You can press the RESET button to search again when you get to the top frequency or you want to search over again.

3.      WB reception: Push the wave band to “WB”, its operation method is the same as FM wave band.

Note: The receive scope of WB is 147~170MHz, there aren’t so many stations around this waveband , so pls be patient when searching.

4.      Use of antenna: When the signal is weak, pull out the antenna and change its direction to improve the effect of the reception. Whereas, shrink the antenna when the signal is strong.

5.      Earphone : Plug the earphone into the earphone jack, the loudhailer will be off at this time.

     Note:1) It is advised to keep the volume comfortable when you listen. The sound will be anamorphic if it is too loud.

      2) Avoid places like high building, basement, etc as possible as you can, such places will badly influence the effect of reception. Leave far away from induction cooker or such electrical equipment which may disturb the signal easily.

3)  Lighting:

Push the switch right, the light will be on, whereas, it is off. (the light and radio can work simultaneously)

4)  Warning:

   Push the alarm button up to make it work. (the volume adjusting and radio function is invalidation at this time.)

 Cautions :

1.      Don’t point at eyes directly by the product in case of hurting the eyes.

2.      Pay attention to the holding gesture when cranking so as not to hurt your fingers.

3.  In order to assure the using life of the battery and mechanical parts,pls pay attention to the things below:

   a.) Do not crank it for more than 5 minutes when the power of the battery is enough (lighting and radio normally) and less than 10 minutes when it runs out of power.

   b.) When the light is dim,it means the battery is lack of power badly, pls turn off the light or crank it for a while.

   C.) Cranking it as even as possible (keep rotating steadily,2.5 or 3 circles per second is best). Avoid cranking too violent and quick or changing the cranking direction abruptly.Too slowly cranking would make current weak and influence the charging effeciency, and too violent cranking possibly damages the driving system. Keep cranking to charge a mobilephone continuously, otherwise the power consumption will increase and affect the charging effect.

   d.) This product can be used to meet an emergency , so do not crank it for a long time or too violent.

e.) In order to prolong the lifespan of the battery, you should crank it for at least one minute once a month.

4.  Use the wire that our company specified to charge mobilephone or other things, otherwise it might influence the capability of the product be charged.

5.  Do not place this product in where temperature or humidity is high . Do not drop or hit this product.

6.  Turn off all the functions when charging it in order to enhance the efficiency of charging .

7.  The product will be a little hot if cranking for a long time .

8.  We do not give notice again if the parameter of this product changed.
