Device characters:
1 Small cam designed, main motor 5.5kw, power saving.
2 Double rank jump pole. The quantity of warp can reach 1536pcs. It can not only produce low gram weight plastic tarpaulin but also high gram weight container bags.
3 The dynamotor type weft detector is sensitive and reliable and cannot be influenced by dusts and lights, so one person can operate several machines.
4 It stops automatically when weft ends, the yield of finished products are high.
5 The cam is plated with hard chromium, adopts lubricating circularly by force, added oil-lacking alarm device, avoiding the attritions of parts.
6 The track with swallow-tailed cam prevents shuttles out.
7 Revolving speed of main motor is 95rpm. The theoretical per shift is 680m.(10×10pcs/inch)
8 The electrical system is controlled by PLC.
