INSIDE POWDER COATING MACHINE

This Powder Coating Machine use the static to spray the plastic powder onto the welding line of can body line, then use the heat to melt the powder to form an anti-corrosive film to cover the welding line to protect the welding line from being corroded. THis machine adopts the advanced PLC and pneumatic components to make the powder to be absorbed and adhered onto the welding line surface more reliably and steadily, and keep higher utilizing rate of the powder, it is the ideal equipment for can welding line coating and coverage.

INDUCTION DRYING OVEN

This induction Drying Oven adopts inverter for  power supply,the alternative current generate specific eddy to  heat the metal can  coating seam to realize curing and solid.

Fully Automatic Controlling System:
1.Automatic turn on when can body goes into the heating zone;Automatic turn off when can body leaves the heating zone.
2.Only heating the coating area from inside to outside,without releasing the hot air or harmful gas.
3.Automatic adjustment for heating power compensation,ensure the heating temperature stably.

  This machine is a auto can-making equipment with necking, flanging, beading, seaming units and can-body separator and lid releasing device, trouble auto step device.
