Care and Use

• Hand wash
• Safe on all stovetops: gas, electric, ceramic and induction
• Do not fill over 2/3 full (do not exceed 2/3-full when cooking foods that expand, such as grains or dried vegetables)
• Always use cooking liquid and do not allow to boil dry
• When operating pressure is reached, reduce heat
• Do not open pressure cooker until cool, after all internal pressure has been released
