Why we design 4 heads planetary machine?

1. Hight Tech Grinding is foucs on Efficiency / Structure design from the idea when we create the machine.

2. It's a planetary 4 heads machine. Gearbox is round planetary, and 4 heads grinding plates are rotatory.
When gearbox is 3 heads, as the touching area from plate to surface is less compared with 4 heads, so the resistance revert back from the surface is stronger.
At this case, 4 heads gearbox will not get too much resistance from the surface, and more smooth for the running of gearbox, less maintenance, and more efficiency.

3. Why we make it planetary, but 4 heads ? The 3 heads has deviating force, so once turn on and nobody control the head, the machine will trun around by one direction. can cause super flate surface that sovle the three heads problems that centre grind more than edges.

By four heads planetary, the counter rotation will reduce the deviating and make operators more easy to control the machines.

4. 4 heads rotatory balance the pressure of grinding plate and make the surface more even.

5. The gearbox structure, rubber cushion system is totally different as Q series.
The system are summay from the AU machines and to creat the high flat result.
