Features :

1.Frame and tube material is 304 or 316L stainless steel,good corrosion resistance and no pollution .

2.Standard magnetic grates are assembled with stainless steel frame and 25mm diameter round bars.

3.The frame and magnetic bar surface can be fine polished and full welded to meet food grade or pharmacy application.

4.Standard working temperature<=80°C, if needed , max . working temperature from 80°Cto 350°C is also available.

5.Normal item(N style),Easy-cleaning(E style), grate with angle baffles or rod are available.




Applications :

Magnetic Grate is installed or simply laid-inside of hoppers, housings, and bins to trap and hold ferrous fines, fragments, and small metal objects. please be aware these grates are built for low-abrasion materials.

 
Magnetic bar are usually made from 304 or 316 stainless steel tubes, either round or square shape bars are availabe for customers' special application.

Our standard bars is 25mm( 1 inch) in diameter and any lenth as per customers' request up to 2500mm. Besides, we also take special orders, such as square shape magnetic bars.

Maximum Working Temperature: our ordinary temperature is 80degree Celsius, but if our customers demand, we can offer you magnetic bars up to 350 degree Celsius to meet special applicance.


Dimension, construction and feature of magnetic bar
1. For round magnetic filter bar, we have Diameter 0.5", 0.75", 0.875", 1", 1.25", 1.5", 1.75", 2", 3", 4" for your choice. But the most common diameter is 1". Standard tube lengths range from 3" to 60" long. Square magnetic bars can be provided on request.
2. Constructed of SS304 & SS316 casing tube, it is equipped with high density Ceramic 8 magnets and high-energy Rare-earth magnets to suit your application. You can build or modify your own magnetic separation equipment with individual magnetic
filter bar.
3. Magnetic strength from 1500-12000gauss can be asked as per your requirements.For normal magnetic bar equipped with Ceramic magnets, which could give typical peak value of more than 3,000 Gauss on the surfaces, and could be used up to
temperatures of 150 For normal magnetic bar equipped with Rare-earth magnets, which could give typical peak value of more than 12,000 Gauss on the surfaces.
4. Fully seal welded with either plain ends or tapped ends to suit your application.
5. All of magnetic bars are waterproof.
6. Condition: Well polished.

Do SCG supply permanent magnets with standard sizes?

No. SCG accept OEM considering our many years experience in serving our customers, because different have different requirement in grade, size, coating, tolerance etc.

Can I have a free sample of your magnets?

SCG will provide free sample if the sizes in stock, otherwise, we will charge the sample cost which will be returned to our clients after the order confirmed.
