Process of making moulds

Sample/drawing	We need you detailed require clearly
Negotiation	Material,cavities,price,delivery time,payment terms,shipment.
Place order	After all confirmed-place order and usually need 50% deposit
R and D	We supply part and mould structure design
Machining	CNC,EDM, and so on
Testing	Testing mould to make sure everything is ok.
Samples	According customers request to build the mould. Before make the mould, we send mould design to customer approval first, before move forward to production; we send samples to customer to confirm first.
Balance	After all confirmation,the customer send the balance to us before shipment
Delivery	Deliver mould with Wooden case after customer confirm mould and samples,arrange shipment
