4.Sugar Melting Tank

1.Sugar melting tank are mainly suitable for dissolving white granulated sugar, also use to melt milk powder, starch etc powder or granular materials.It also play some functions as stirring,dissolving, heating( or cooling, use tap-water cooling), filtrating( strainer) and others.

2. Structure: triple-layer, remove cover, scrapper stirring with stirring paddle, frequency control, 0-60R/min, 1.5kw, bottom discharge. 

5.Oil Melting Tank

1.Oil melting tank apply to food domain, chemical factory for melting solid oil into liquid oil. Easy to operate and maintenance, work persistently.

Structure: double-layer, electrical heating, bottom discharge. Inner thickness 4mm, outer thickness 3mm

6.Mixer

1.Mixer widely applying for kinds of industry and daily life. It can mix various materials into uniform materials.

7.Sugar Coating Machine:

Using manual operation spray syrup to materials inside tank repeatedly, to make materials and syrup 

to roll, rub completely by clockwise rotation of the tank , it can make syrup evenly distributed in the materials , also ventilate cold air to tank to remove moisture in the surface of materials at the same time, and lastly it will obtain sugar coating products, coating candy, pill etc finished products.

2. For sprinkles production line, it mainly use for coating syrup in the surface of sprinkles to make it more bright , smooth and have a beautiful appearance.
