Hi-chewy Columniform Soft Candy Production Line

The type TPB-280 columniform Soft Candy Production Line is mainly composed of six parts, namely blender, heat-proof sugar rope pulling device, strip homogenization, cutting/molding machine, cooling device, 3-layer reciprocating conveyor. While processing, the transmission system of this line is driven by speed adjustable motor which ensures the synchronization of every procedure. Additionally, columniform soft candy production line is designed with compact and reasonable structure which is an ideal plant to produce various kinds of cylindrical cream candies.

This production line is composed of kitchen equipment,bath former,rope sizer,cooling conveyor,twining and cutting machine,ect..it can be used for production soft-milk candy,egg white candy candy and other soft candies.

Wooden packing 

1.Product production is completed, by the quality inspection department to check 

2.After inspection qualified, clean for whole machine 

3.Packing: a. Inside the machine put desiccant b. Add 6 cm thick foam 

plat around the machine, Then, winding stretch film for reinforcement, and 

combined with bubble wrap c. On wood packaging on the outside of the 

machine, then use metal reinforcement with steel 

4.Container:according to different products for reinforcement
