1. How to guarantee clients interests?

A. After you approved the sample, before you place an order and pay for the deposit, you are welcomed to pay a visit to our factories, we are confident that you will be greatly impressed by what we have and what we can do. 
B. Before the delivery, we support our clients to arrange the third party to inspect the quality of the goods,If mass production is not same as approved sample, we will take the fully responsibility. 
C. If we do not ship on time, we will make up your loss.

2. How to solve the quality problems after sales?
(1) Take photos of the problems and send to us;
(2) Take videos of the problems and send to us;
(3) Send back the problem goods, or we will sent our representative for inspection. 
When we comfirmed its our problem, after communication with customers, we will return the amount of problem goods, or cut this amount in next order, and make new production and sent immediately, or sent together with next order according to customers’ requirement.

3. How to confirm the quality before mass production?
(1) You can get a free sample, and inspect the quality;
(2) Send us your samples, and we make the sample for your confirmation.
