When chocolate chips melting, and come up to the temperature that you need, then fasten the chocolate hopper, the melting chocolate will come out from hopper and go to the chocolate moulds. Using drawknife to raze excess chocolate which is on the mold edge, put the mould with chocolate on the table, cooling and de-mould.

SG30has Vibration device, it is very useful to help you to get rid of the air, which is in the chocolate before cooling, make chocolate’s appearance and taste better.
