Product Description
This kind of machine has 32 standard nozzles(according to the weight/size of your chocolate), nozzles are copper.
Thermal cycle keeping warm system automatically set the temperature control.
PLC control system, touch screen.
SUS shell. The parts which chocolate will contact are 304 SUS. Frame is carbon steel(frame won't contact with food).
Produce pure chocolate,1~3 color chocolate(1color,2color----up and down or 2 ribbons or right and left,3 color --up and middle and down), chocolate with chopped nuts, chocolate with filling
High Quality Plane chocolate ,half ball chocolate.
Main part consist of Mold heating, Hot water
circulating thermal system, depositing nozzle, vibrating plat, single-layer cooling
tube, de-molding device, conveyer and etc.
Depositing plate can be replaced or increased for zebra chocolate.
