Hummer Turbina Eolica  system adopt hummer patent SCF generator technology(won gold award of the 37th world invention exposition in Brussels Eureka at 1988) with special winding structure, due to this technology we could made the generator extremely small and light but with higher efficiency. Hummer takes the advantages of the smaller and lighter, we develop front generator design for hummer wind turbine system.

Advantages of generator front design:

Blades drive generator directly reducing the generation of heat by friction avoiding too much wind energy turns to heat and disappeared ensure to make full use of wind energy generate electric power. (While traditional wind turbine design generator behind, if in this way, blades drive the generator though transmission shaft, energy loss is unavoidable)

Beside, front generator design and radiated heat of the generator easier and reduce the wind resistance.

PLC controlled wind turbines H9.0-20KW, H12.0-50KW, H16.5-60KW, and H20.8-100KW:

Hummer wind turbine system (3KW-100KW) adopt PLC controller with touch screen to fulfill control and monitor all the data such as wind speed, wind direction, temperature of generator ,power, voltage current and so on.

We use dogvane and anemometer to ensure wind speed and direction and transmitting wind signal to PLC controller, then the controller will make intelligent judgment to drive the blades following with the wind direction to make full use of it. This is called auto-wind-seeking system.

We can also monitor the real time power, voltage, current via the touch scream which all the data collected from hummer rectifier/dumping load controller and recorded in PLC controller.

With all the data collected, the PLC controller will auto make a real time chart in which you can see all the curves anytime, anywhere.

 If in too strong wind such as typhoon (user set max wind speed though PLC touch screen), the PLC controller send order to yaw shaft and will drive the blade off of the wind direction to protect the system.

Hydraulic breaking system Combines manually and automatically functions controlled by PLC controller though touch screen, hydraulic braking system makes it possible that to stop the system in very short time to protect the wind turbine system in extreme weather.
