Product Description

Automatic Single Head Auger Type Dry Syrup Powder Filling Machine is a compact model used for filling of Dry Syrup Powder into bottle. The main advantage of this machine is Pneumatic bottle holding system is directly connected with Auger rotation, so till bottle get filled with powder as per set value, pneumatic system will not going to release the bottle.

Filling volume 5gm - 1000gm

Output : up to 100 Bottle per minute.

Suitable for dry syrup powder in pharma, spices, talcum powder, hair dye etc.
Filling capacity 5 gms to 1kg.
Speed : up to 100 CPM (depending upon neck dia, type of powder & humidity)
Servo driver Augur for highest accuracy & faster speed.
Complete SS configuration as per amp standards with SS 316 on 316C contact parts.
With in-built Turn Table

Salient Features:

All the parts and assemblies coming in contact with the powder are made of SBDPF-60 and easily removable for mandatory autoclaving / streilisation.
Multiple dosing of dry syrup powder or change over of container size and different fill size is possible by just changing the bottle separator or the size of the position respectively.
Total filling unit and conveyor speed is synchronised eliminates the separate setting of each unit.
Slat conveyor belt to prevent jamming of assembly due to spillage of powder.
Special clutch system is provide in the bottle separator for safety purpose.
'No bottle, No-Fill' system eliminates wastage of costly powders.
High Volumetric filling accuracy of + 2% of uniform density of dry Syrup Powders can be ensured by setting the depth of piston in the PORT of the POWDER WHEEL.
The motor is provided with appropriate Contactors and Relays for the protection against any overload or jamming.
