Product Description
Cap Lining Machine is for inserting the liner/ wad into the plastic caps
The machine is widely used in bottle cap factory, gasket factory, pharmaceutical factory, food product factory, household chemical plant, packaging plant and so on factory, ideal for the gasket fill in cap equipment.
Characteristics:
1. replace the manual operation to improve work efficiency;
2. reasonable pad sealing,high efficiency,safe and healthy production.
3. machine operation can prevent secondary pollution of the material;
4. bottle lid ordering device can make sure the mouth of each battle lid being upward
5. correct positioning of the bottle lids.
6. strictly comply with the GMP standards and craftsmanship.
7. if there is no bottle lid in the machine,it will stop working.
Equipment structure composed: Automatic cap sorting mechanism: Make messy cap to arranged output and make all the cap mouth is upward.
Cap conveying mechanism: Make the finished cap order and accurately conveyed to the gaskets fill in cap mechanism.
The gaskets fill in cap mechanism: The gasket fill in cap, complete the gaskets fill in cap action.
Reject mechanism of reverse and without gasket: Automatic reject the cap when reverse gasket and without gasket in the cap, to ensure all the caps is qualified products.
gluing mechanism: Complete the gluing action before the gasket fill in cap. (Optional device)
