The basket stretcher is a hard wearing rescue stretcher which can be dragged, carried or lifted, if required, without affecting the casualties’ wellbeing. Designed with a spacious interior, each basket is large enough to accommodate rescue blankets for extra individual comfort. Ideal for the rescue of casualties from many situations such as mountain rescues, disaster zones, building sites, quarries or mines, as well as the transportation of sports injury victims from such places as the sports field or ski slope.

Split version stainless steel basket stretcher.

The ST66004 Split-Tapered Basket Stretcher is an all-stainless, TIG-welded frame construction basket stretcher. It relies on its frame geometry, construction methods and materials for its ultimate strength. The unique split-apart feature allows for a completely solid connection between the two parts of the stretcher, without the use of pins or tubes sliding into each other. It also allows for a quick and easy visual check to ensure connections are secure throughout an operation. This system of connection allows the stretcher to be assembled or un-assembled in about 15 seconds.
