Bubble Washer adopts advanced UV/03 water treatment system for cleaning water disinfected, effectively killing the harmful bacteria, decomposing residual pesticide. The machine is provided with the separation boards which cleaning compounds and wash away the sand effectively, reduces the turbidity of water, andgreatly improves the utilization rate of recycling water , saving by 80% andalso manpower; the operation is convenient, time-saving and labor-saving, low energy consumption, health, safety, andhigh efficiency.

 Bubble Washer structure characteristics and working principle:

1. This machine is composed of frame, conveying mesh belt,water tank, a jet device, a drainage pipe, a baffle mechanism, and a water spraying device etc. ( Figure 1Schematic diagram of structure)

2. The components which contacts food use stainless steel material and non-toxic corrosion resistant material, durable, and improve the service life of the machine.

3. The washer uses UV/03 compound disinfection system, with 254 nm UV light irradiation wavelength is ozone saturated water and OH radicals produced the strongest oxidizing free radicals, OH is used to kill the virus, degradate and deposite toxic substances; with the action of a circulating pump, water reflows to water tank.

4. The lifting and conveying chain lifts the cleaning object from the sink to the container (optional), at the same time, the switch automatically open the water spray, and wash the fruits and vegetables againto make them cleaner.

 Bubble Washer installation, commissioning:

1. Rotate the machine at ground level first, to ensure the machine work smoothly and reliably.

Check all the parts before using, fastening years is loose in transit, and if some foreign matter on the water tank and the conveyor belt.

2. Connect the water inlet pipe and the tap water pipe with a non-toxic rubber hose diameter 25mm or non-toxic plastic pipe.

Connect the overflow and outlet pipe with plastic hose respectively and drain the water into the sewer or water ditch.

3. To confirm the supply voltage used is consistent with the power supply voltage of this machinebefore installing,  according to the parameters of the machine on the nameplate.

4. The cable of electric control box for three-phase four-wire, and connect with two disconnect circuit breaker correctly(optional): that is properly connected the yellow lineconnected to the zero line of 220V circuit breaker, the rest three root grafting in 380Vcircuit breaker, and reliable grounding. Turn on the power switch, start up grade button, transient operation, observe the running direction of the conveying chain is correct, or adjust the power line, to make sure all the parts without exception, be no-load test machine.

5. To make sure there isn’t any shock vibration or abnormal sound, otherwise it should be stopped to check, after fault clearance, connected to water and the drainage tube, and have another try.

 Bubble Washer usage and operation:

Warning: Trim and clean the vegetables first, and a little artificial auxiliary operation in the process if needed.

1. first of all, to check whether the valve drainage in the "off" position, or correct it.

2. Rotate water injection switch to the "on" position, the electromagnetic valve is opened when the water level started filling, overflow tank inner square, the rotaryswitch to the "off" position, the water tank water stop.

3. To prevent the cleaning vegetables fall into the conveying mesh belt below, the baffle must be placed in the water tank.

4. start the "open" button, containing bubbles appear in the water tank into the amount of water column, choose a good vegetable (generally about 20-50kg; leaf vegetables should be appropriate to reduce the number of cleaning), under the action of vegetables in the water column, kept flipping, make vegetables soon clean.

5. The user can set the cleaning timeaccording to the vegetables varieties, quantity, clean degree, self mastery (usually 2-10 minutes).

6. Start cleaning "off" button after cleaning vegetables, start lifting the "start" button,the spray water switch automatically open, and block the screen file. Clean vegetables in the pressure water, moving to the conveyor belt, lifting and conveying to the container (container user owned). Vegetables in the promotion at the same time, in the installation of water pipes, sprinkler conveyor belt above, the vegetables and then rinse again, tomake the vegetable cleaner, lifting off when spray water shut down automatically.

9. The water level of the water tank will be too high if the switch to open water,it can be adjusted to a certain position of the drainage valve disc, the muddy water at any time to drain away the water level of the water tank remains the same, to reduce water turbidity.

10. To discharge the water after the work is completed while the washing. so that gas jet pipe in the water and sand blowing.  Take off the partition and the conveying mesh chain underneath thewreckage sieve after water discharging, and clean the the bottom of the tank and conveying mesh chain clean, close drain valve disc.

    Analysis and elimination of common failures of Bubble Washer:

 The safety protection device and some dos and don'ts:

1. Do not touch the chain and the two sides of the conveying mesh belt during the operation, so as not to endanger the personal safety.

2. Do not hit the conveyor belt whenthe machine is running, to avoid damage to parts, affect the use, reduce the service life of the machine.

3. Cut off the power supply and check then work after fault clearance if some abnormal phenomenon.

4. Do not carry out any form of maintenance and repair during the operation, to avoid the adult body injury.

1. Clean the machine carefully every time. Do not use sharp cleaning mesh belt .

2.  Do not spray to the motor if use the spray pipe directly, to protect for the motor against water ingress and cause unsafe factors.
