  QL021A COMFORTER FILLING MACHINE 

The whole line comforter filling machines is controlled by Siemens PLC control program that can be handled by 2 operators that adapted with a bale breaker only.

Adjustable raw material feeding by and option device of dynamic scale conveyer according to requirement.

Even output fiber batt with thickness adjustable according to the finished production size and weight;

Adjustable comforter width according to different comforter size;

Safety steel wire bale breaker

Metal separator by magnet;

All electrical key parts are adapted the most famous work brand such like Siemens, Schneider and Omron, AB etc.

The safety control standard is able to meet the UL, CE and Australia standard;

1.bale breaker

1.1.The bale breaker is mainly used to load around 200kg once a time and transport to the next program automatically;

1.2.Operator is needed for this program within each hour.

1.3.Anti-deviation conveyer;

1.4.Stable nail belt with anti-deviation device;

1.5.Safety steel wire protection;

1.6.Emergency button.

2. pre-opener 

2.1.The pre-opening machine is mainly used to process the raw material polyester fiber into around 60% opening rate that required by the next program.

2.2. As soon as the material is opened, it will be loaded into the next program air pressure vibration hopper by a blower next to the pre-opener; and the metal things will be stopped by the bridge shaped magnet while passing through.

 3.feeding hopper

3.1.The feeding hopper is mainly used to feed the raw material into the carding machine evenly;

3.2.Reliable main structure and air pressure control system to ensure and horizontal layer uniformity. 

3.3.Reasonable design without stuck during the operation.

4.singel cylinder double doff carding machine

4.1.Feeding roller anti-rolling device to prevent the fiber wire damaged;

4.2.Double doff, roller tripper fiber output system.

4.3.High machining accuracy; the cylinder surface diameter jump and straightness can be controlled within 0.02mm.

4.4.Conveyer anti-vibration device.

4.5.The entire machine is armed with enclosed cover and large observation window to ensure safety,convenience and good looking.

4.6.The entire machine has 3 sections and the front and back one is more flexible to have maintenance.

4.7.The carding machine is installed on a large platform with fence around to have safe operation, so and themaintenance safe.

4.8.The output fiber net is aspect smooth and clean.

4.9.It is controlled by PLC control system, input by screen and auto, manual fine-tuning mode.

4.10.There is blowing system installed to the working rollers and strippers to prevent the dust and fiber stuck tothe roller edge and bearings.

4.11.The whole machine motor frequency control, to apply different process requirements and to save the costof electricity.

5.cross lapper

5.1.The cross lapper is mainly used to lap the fiber carded from the carding machine to be an certain width and thickness fiber uniformly; after the fiber layers pressurized and then sent to the next program.

5.2.All motors are frequency inverter arranged.

5.3.Anti-static feeding conveyer system; plastic under belt rods.

5.4.The pressing fiber net roller and fiber lead roller are made by stainless steel pipes.

5.5.Main machine wallboard is made by 12mm steel and the intermediate girders is made by 6mm steel platethat is stable, reliable, no deformation.
