DESCRIPTION:

• The automatic vacuum cushion machine is designed according to the top technology in the world market required required by our customers specially in different material mixing and filling.
• The whole line is assembled with 2pc of electrical bale breakers, fiber opening machine and vacuum supply device, 2 pieces of double slot vacuum filling cabinet.
• It can be handled by only 2 operator that the whole line is controlled by Siemens PLC program with 20pc pillow a minute capability;
• In order to reach different finished production quality, it is required to mix 2 type of fiber down-like PSF and reguar fiber such like 7D or 15D.
• Usually one pillow can be finished within min.5s according to the working speed of the operator, in this case there are over 20pcs can be finished within 1 minute.
• The main structure of the machine is produced by computerized laser cutting machine, in order to stay long life and stable quality.
• Anti-deviation device for the conveyer that will protect it for long life without broken.
• There is anti-jam system developed by our own team, so that the machine is not jam during operation and easy to have maintenance, the operator only need simply clean the machine once a day after work and double clean once a week.
• All electrical key parts are adopted by the most famous world brand such like Siemens, Schneider and Omran, so that the customer can find the standard spare parts from local service with stable quality.

EQUIPMENTS BELONGING TO THIS LINE:

Electrical weighing bale breaker T03EA:

• There are 2set of electrical weighing bale breaker arranged at the beginning which is mainly used for fiber mixing by different fiber type;
• There is 1 or 2 bales of raw material can be loaded into each bale breaker, in order to save operator cost;
• High weighing accuracy by the load cell;
• Capacity: 500-800kg/h according to fiber subject

Pre-opening machine T06:

• The pre-opening machine is mainly used to blend the have a basic opening by the raw material, in order to have uniform mixed ratio and quality.
• Opening rate: 60%
• Working width: 1000mm
• Capacity: 600kg/h up 

Fiber distributor 

• The raw material will be distributed to 2 different direction into the fine fiber opening machine;
• Freely working with speed adjustable;

Fiber distributor & metal separator:

• The fiber distributor is used to feed the material into the fiber opening material as soon as receipt signal;
• Aluminum blower blade with high pressure.
• Dynamic balance process, so that is not vibration and noise during the operation;
• The metal separator is made by bridge shaped magnet that will catch up the metal while it’s passing through the duct;

Vibration hopper:

• The vibration hopper is used to load the raw material from the bale breaker into the fiber opening machine evenly in order to get even output to the filling device.
• Cause the final weight is controlled by time flow.
• Air pressure output is suitable for micro fiber.

Fine opener:

• It can be used to opener both micro fiber and regular fiber, the opening rate can be 100% by adjusting the feeding and opening speed.
• High capacity.
• Opener capacity: Micro fiber: 250kg/h; Regular siliconized fiber:480kg/h
• Note: The whole line capacity depends on the final filling device

Vacuum filling system:

• There are 2 vacuum filling cabinets are arranged next to the weighing system and 2 nozzles in each cabinet that can be handled by only 1 operator.
• Usually a 600g pillow can be finished within 7 seconds, so tha the operator is able to have enough time changing the pillow cases freely;
• By vacuum filling system, the pillow corners can be fulled and meanwhile keep the work shop clean.

Control system:

• All machines are able to reach the top safety standard from Europe, American and Australia markets;
• Different standard cable requirements can be arranged to the order;
• Safety relay;
• There is 24v voltage control system arranged to the control cabinet along with transformer.
• Control cabinet cooling system;
• Different PLC and control touch screen can be arranged accordingly such like Siemens, AB or Mitsubishi etc.
