The computerized pillow filling machine is mainly used to fill pillow, cushion, teddy bear and other products.

It is assembled with a fiber opening machine, a fiber distributor, and a double filling table.

Controlled by the PLC control system, it can be handled by two operators with sample operation.

The capacity can be 200kg to 250kg per hour.

The whole machine structure are produced by computerized laser cutting machine, which is stable and long life.

Most of the electric key parts are adopt by the word famous brand such as Siemens Omron and Schneider, the quality is perfect and the clients can find the spare parts easily.

The anti-jam device is arranged to prevent the fiber jam into the bearing, so that it can be double clean a week and sample clean a day while finished the work.

The blower has passed the dynamic balance processing, which is stable and no noise and shaking when it works, the blade is made by aluminum, which is vey light, and transport the fiber fleetly.

The metal alarm system is arranged to protect the machine, the machine will stop as soon as there is a metal detection.

Fiber opening machine

It can be used to opener both micro fiber and regular fiber, the opening rate can be 100% by adjusting the feeding and opening speed. High capacity. Opener capacity: Micro fiber: 250kg/h  Regular siliconized fiber:480kg/h Note: The whole line capacity depends on the final filling device

Double slot filling deivce

The automatic double slot filling device is assembled next to the fiber opener and then blower that can be handled by only 1 operator. Adjustable pressing flaps arranged upon the filling table to press the cushion case during the filling time in order to have beautiful finished cushion with is flat shape. Usually a cushion with 600g can be finished in 6s according to the operator’s working speed. The filling time is adjustable by the control program.
