PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION:

1.Machine application: The whole machine line is specialized in thermal bonded fiber producing.
Material request: Polyester fiber 1.5D 2D 3D 6D 15D 10D; 4080 low melt fiber, wool and other material.

2.The whole machine line is controlled by PLC control system which is simple operation; intuitive; simple maintenance;

3.Professional oven design that is specialized in thermal bonded fiber and non glue fiber producing; it works for50g/m2 to 2000g/m2 range;

4.Reasonable air circulation system and special blowing suction nest structure, using Tiefo dragon transportnetwork, so that the heat is quickly, constant and stable; The compact thermal insulation designed toenhance the utilization of geothermal energy.

5.The oven main structure is designed by over blow and under suction system; the utilization of geothermalenergy is high; the finished production is visual and adjustable for the hardness and thickness, it’s flat andsmooth; even bonded quality, so that saves the low melt material and keep more profit.

6.The carding machine is produced with enclosed safety cover and large area of the observation window that looks good of the appearance; the top cover is controlled by air cylinder to keep safe and convenience.

The layout of the machine line

1.bale breaker

1.1.The bale breaker is mainly used to load around 200kg once a time and transport to the next program automatically;

1.2.Operator is needed for this program within each hour.

1.3.Anti-deviation conveyer;

1.4.Stable nail belt with anti-deviation device;

1.5.Safety steel wire protection;

1.6.Emergency button.

2. pre-opener 

2.1.The pre-opening machine is mainly used to process the raw material polyester fiber into around 60% opening rate that required by the next program.

2.2. As soon as the material is opened, it will be loaded into the next program air pressure vibration hopper by a blower next to the pre-opener; and the metal things will be stopped by the bridge shaped magnet while passing through.

3.FIBER DISTRIBUTOR & METAL SEPARATOR F05

3.1.The fiber ditributor is assembled with a bridge shaped magnet that is mainly used to transport the material to the next program automatically.

3.2.he metal separator is mainly used to catch up the metal pieces while they are passing through by.

4.Fine opener

4.1.Main function: The material is completed mixed through the large chamber mixer and then feed into this program to have fine fiber opening and later to the next program by a fiber distributor.

4.2.The machine cylinder is produced by using pins to prevent the fiber damage. 

4.3.Conveyer anti-deviation device;

4.4.Feeding roller anti wrapped fiber device;

4.5.The fiber feeding blower is made by aluminum fan to have calm operation to prevent fire and without fiberdamage.

5.AIR PRESSURE VIBRATION HOPPER:

5.1.To mix the raw material evenly to be a certain density layer and then feed into the carding machine uniformly

5.2.The pressure vibration hopper is arranged with a precision pressure control system and fully enclosed compressed air circulation system to ensure an even and stable fiber output.

5.3.Reliable main structure and air pressure control system to ensure and horizontal layer uniformity. 

5.4.No fiber stuck problem.

6.SINGLE CYLINDER DOUBLE DOFF CARDING MACHINE

6.1.Usage: To card the curled fiber bundle to be substantially straight single fiber and clean up the fiber to be with a certain aspect of strength fiber net and the feed to the cross lapper

6.2.Feeding roller anti-rolling device to prevent the fiber wire damaged;

6.3.Double doff, roller tripper fiber output system.

6.4.High machining accuracy; the cylinder surface diameter jump and straightness can be controlled within 0.02mm.

6.5.Conveyer anti-vibration device.

6.6.The entire machine is armed with enclosed cover and large observation window to ensure safety,convenience and good looking.

6.7.The entire machine has 3 sections and the front and back one is more flexible to have maintenance.

6.8.The carding machine is installed on a large platform with fence around to have safe operation, so and themaintenance safe.

6.9.The output fiber net is aspect smooth and clean.

6.10.It is controlled by PLC control system, input by screen and auto, manual fine-tuning mode.

6.11.There is blowing system installed to the working rollers and strippers to prevent the dust and fiber stuck tothe roller edge and bearings.

7.cross lapper

7.1.The cross lapper is mainly used to lap the fiber carded from the carding machine to be an certain width and thickness fiber uniformly; after the fiber layers pressurized and then sent to the next program.

7.2.All motors are frequency inverter arranged.

7.3.Anti-static feeding conveyer system; plastic under belt rods.

7.4.The pressing fiber net roller and fiber lead roller are made by stainless steel pipes.

7.5.Main machine wallboard is made by 12mm steel and the intermediate girders is made by 6mm steel platethat is stable, reliable, no deformation.
