Quilt fiber carding machine

Description:

The carding machine is mainly used for wool, polyester, polypropylene fiber and other chemical fiber carding to produce fiber webs. Every working roller is passed balance process testing, so that the machine is not shaking during the time of high speed working and lower noise. There are metal measure devise assembled to both feeding roller and doffer.

We have developed our traditional carding machine to now with 4 bearing assembled, so that is increased the balance function stably.

The developed carding machine has calm working, lower noise, flat finished fiber web, lower energy cost and capacity increased.
