Computerized comforter making machine line

 1. Equipment:

 Bale breaker --> Pre-opener-->Blower-->Mixer-->Carding machine-->Cross lapper-->Cutting device-->Comforter filling device

 2. Material application:

The whole line is specialized in thermal bonded fiber producing.

Material: Polyester fiber 1.5D 2D 3D 6D 7D 15D 10D and other polyester filling material.

3. Main description:

The whole line computerized comforter filling machine has been developed according to the customer’s feed back during their operation and the Eu safety rules.

PLC control system that can be handled by 3 labors.24v control system that will protect the operators safety.

The safety relay is arranged it can stop the machine and protect the machine and operators safe.Adjustable thickness of the wadding.

All components are adapted by world brand such as Siemens, Omron and Schneider, AB is optional or by the customer’s requirement.

The whole line main structure is made by computerized laser cutting machine that is stable and long life .

4. Main configuration:

a) Bale breaker

Specification:

Description:

•The feeding quantity is controlled by photo switch to ensure the feed uniformly continuously.

•Conveyor belt anti-deviation device.

•Nail belt speed adjustable;

•The tolerance of bale opener scale can be controlled around 4% tolerances.

•PLC control system.

 b) Pre-opener

Specification:

Description:

The fiber opener is used for opening polyester fiber that ready for producing in the carding machine. There is small area for this opener needed with simple operation and lower energy required.

There is metal alarm system assembled to the machine by the control electrical control system to avoid the wire broken.

c) Fiber feeding machine

Specification:

Description:

The fiber feeding machine is used to mix and transport the fiber to the carding machine regularly which is assembled with a vibrating plate that controlled by a photo switch.

d) Single cylinder double doffer carding machine

Specification:

Description:

The carding machine is used for wool, polyester, polypropylene fiber and other chemical fiber carding to produce fiber webs. Every working roller is passed balance process testing, so that the machine is not shaking during the time of high speed working and lower noise. There are metal measure devise assembled to both feeding roller and doffer.

We have developed our traditional carding machine to now with 4 bearing assembled, so that is increased the balance function stably.

The developed carding machine has calm working, lower noise, flat finished fiber web, lower energy cost and capacity increased.

e) Cross lapper

Specification: 

Description:

Plane shaping; short lapping distance; Un-crackle web; Uniformity quality.

PLC controlled swing screens and transducer speed controlled.

f) Cutting and filling belt

Specification: 

Description:The automatic cutting and filling machine is used to fill the wadding into comforter case by 2 operators holding the case at the end of the filling device.

High speed with 150pcs /h capability.

Optional device for the wadding rolling according to the customer’s requirement that can be replaced to the comforter filling device position.
