PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

• The ball fiber shipping bag filling machine is mainly used to have ball fiber forming and then fill into shipping bags ready for the transportation;
• The whole line is assembled with a funnel pre-opening blower and ball fiber machine, silo and double filling device.
• It can be handled by only 2 operators adjusted by PLC control system
• Metal separator by magnet;
• Electrical metal alarm system;
• Adjustable frequency according to different fiber type;
• All electrical key parts are adopted by the most famouse world brand such like Siemens, Schneider and Omron etc.
• The electrical control system is able to meet CE, UL and Australia safety standard;

MAIN EQUIPMENTS

1.Funnel feeding blower

It's used to feed the raw material manually.

dia:1000mm.

2.Pre-opening blower

The pre-opening blower is made by pins that is able to process  the 60% opening rate before ball fiber is producing in order to receive high capacity and better finished  ball fiber .

3.Vibration hopper

The vibration hopper is mainly used to feed the opened fiber to the balling device evenly and continuously.

4.Ball fiber machine

The ball fiber machine is able to produce the polyester ball fiber continuously with high capacity 100-200kg/h and up.

5.Silo

   The silo is used to keep the finished ball fiber and  ready for the next program.

6.Filling device

  The filling device is used to fill the finished ball fiber into shipping bags by double slot;

  Modification:Pressing device to fill more.

7.Control system

   The whole line is controled by Siemens PLC program.

    Safety relay/24v low voltage

    The control system is able to meet UL and CE rules.
