Production line composition

1 feeding platform:

Adopt roller type platform, suitable for single sheet forming, simple structure, easy operation.   

2. Forming part

Front Guide:

Make sure sheet feeding at position

Main forming machine: 

Adopt casting iron stand and gearbox driving.

Main frame adopt welded structure, stress removing treatment, use 45# steel hard gear.

Roller stations: about 20 stands

Main power: 110kw*2 DC motor

Shaft: 180mm, material Cr40, with heat treatment, HRC48°

Roller: GCr15, one set of 100*20mm and 200*55mm roller.

Punching part:

Composition: servo motor feeding, hydraulic press, die set.

Servo motor feeding, ball screw driving, Make sure high preciseness: all hole to hole distance ±0.5mm

three types of different width side holes can be set in PLC. Low maintenance cost, simple structure, quick die set change.

Use Yangli group big table hydraulic press, very stable. Model; 315 (modified), blanking pressure: 315T. Number of Stroke: 5 times per minute.   

Punching die material: SKH51 or DC53(equal to SKD11 )
