Principal structure

Shot-blasting machine is a kind of shot-blasting equipment applied to steel structure welding workpiece and H-style steel. It can put strong shot blasting on the steel surface in reset condition, clearing away the rusty spot, rusty scale, welding slag and scale on it and gaining metal gloss surface in a certain degree of finish and uniform, in order to remove stress and improve surface lacquer quality and rot proofness of steel structure and steel.

This machine is mainly composed of cleaning room, roller conveyor, impeller head, conveying system, longitudinal screw conveyer, hoister, feed screw conveyer, separator, shot-supply organization, duster, pneumatic system and electrical control system.

Working principle

The workpiece lay on the roller conveyer to set speed through the shot-blasting chamber. Before the workpiece get into the shot-blasting area, start on the shot feeding device, at that moment, the impeller heads begin running on load. After the strike of high speed shot bundle, the scale, dirt and scaffold on the surface of workpiece will be cleaned. The working is cycling and continued until no workpiece get into, then close shot valve and the impeller head stop working.

Installation:  these machines’ installation is need about 2 technicians for about 30days. The Buyer should pay for the round tickets (start from Shanghai), hotel, restaurant, inland travel in the Buyer’s country. And a salary of USD50/day per engineer is afforded by buyer. The Buyer should also provide a Chinese interpreter to offer assistance for the Seller’s engineers.
