Standard Magnetic Liquid Trap:
Product Description :
Magnetic Liquid Traps or Magnetic Liquid Filters are designed for liquid or semi-liquid flow systems to remove ferrous contamination from liquid with different viscosity level. They preserve product purity by removing small contaminants,provide magnetic protection for liquid lines and processing equipments.
Magnetic Bars containing high intensity rare earth neodymium iron boron magnets are housed within a 304 stainless steel vessel. Magnetic configuration ensures maximum exposure of contamination to the high intensity tubes without impeding liquid flow.
Material : Neodymium Magnets and Stainless steel 304 or 316L.
Four types of Magnetic Liquid Trap:
1, N Style Magnetic Liquid Trap .
Magnetic Strength:Up to the highest 13,000GS(1.3T)
2, Insulation Style Magnetic Liquid Trap
Insulation Style Liquid Traps or Filters have a jacket filled with hot water or oil that keep liquid warm enough when lt pass through the traps. Ideal choice for chocolate, syrups, jams and sauces to removing ferrous contamination.

Features:
1. Many different styles are available for different materials.
2.The max magnetic strength can reach13,000GS for N style, 8000Gs for E style.
3. Standard working temperature≤80°C, max working temperature can be chosen from 80°C to 350°C as the same with magnetic bars if needed.
4. Connection can be through ferrule, bolt plate, flange or uneven head,etc.
5. Stainless steel 304 or 316L is available for shell material
6. Properly designed magnetic configuration ensures maximum magnetic effect without impeding liquid flow.
7. Pressure design or other special requirement can be custom made.
Packing:
1. By Sea: The products will be packed in a strong cartons with well-protected foam and then packed in strong wooden case or pallet.
2. By Air: The products will be packed in a strong cartons with well shielded magnetism iron sheets and well-protected foam ,then superadd the proof-rain plastic film outside.
Transportation:
1. By Sea: If the GW is over 50kg, we advise ship by sea when you are not urgent for the goods as the charge of ocean way is cheaper than by air.
P.S Appointed shipping company or our own forwarders all could be used in shipment.
2. By Air: If the good below 30kg, we advise ship by air as we HAWELL MAG signed a long-term agreement with Express (DHL, TNT, FedEx) and the best discount we can provide to you.
