General Description

Magnetic Bar provides a solution for removing ferrous chips, fines, nuts, bolts, parts, damaging tramp iron. 

High effective permanent magnetic filter bar can be installed at any point in solid, powder or liquid material flows to catch and separate very fine ferrous particles. 

It was used for purity from free flowing materials such as carbon black, drugs and chemicals, cosmetics, plastics, grains, spices, sugar, honey, salt, etc.   

Magnetic bar are usually made from 304 or 316 stainless steel tubes, either round or square shape bars are availabe for customers' special application.

Our standard bars is 25mm( 1 inch) in diameter and any length as per customers' request up to 2500mm. Besides, we also take special orders, such as square shape magnetic bars.

Maximum Working Temperature: our ordinary temperature is 80 degree Celsius.

If customers required, we can offer magnetic bars up to 350 degree Celsius to meet special appliance.

Various Ends:

Magnet Strength: As per customers' requirements. The highest magnets strength can achieve 12,000GS(1.2T). 

Features: 

1. Magnetic strength from 1500-12000gauss can be asked as per your requirements. 

By using ferrite magnets or different grade rare earth magnets, different magnetic strength are available to meet your requirement. For example, the highest magnetic strength of Diameter 25mm (1 inch) tubes can achieve 12,000GS (1.2T).
    

2. Usual max working temperature is 80℃, we can offer up to 350℃ to meet your special applications.

3. There are 2 kinds meterial: ferrite magnets & rare earth magnets.

*For normal magnetic bar equipped with Ceramic magnets, which could give typical peak value of more than 3,000 Gauss on the surfaces, and could be used up to temperatures of 150 

*For normal magnetic bar equipped with Rare-earth magnets, which could give typical peak value of more than 12,000 Gauss on the surfaces. 

4. Fully seal welded with either plain ends or tapped ends to suit your application.

5. Various ends-nail head: thread hole, double screw bolt, cusp, eye nuts, thread rod, round rod, nail head and other kind ends are also available.

6. All of magnetic bars are waterproof. Condition: Well polished.

Packing: 

1. By Sea: They will be packed in a white box of pieces each, several boxes to a carton. (Detailed package           quantity should be made upon the real products) 

2. By Air: If the goods will be shipped by air, all the magnetic should be degaussed and we will use Iron           sheet to shield.

Transportation:

1. By Sea: If the GW is over 50kg, we advise ship by sea when you are not urgent for the goods as the charge     of ocean way is cheaper than by air.

    P.S Appointed shipping company or our own forwarders all could be used in shipment.

2. By Air: If the good below 30kg, we advise ship by air as we HAWELL MAG signed a long-term                     agreement with Express (DHL, TNT, FedEx) and the best discount we can provide to you.
