Product Description 

Rubber magnet sheet with PVC surface/flexible rubber magnet

Rubber magnet are compound material which is made by mixing ferrite magnetic powder and rubber. Make the finished products via Extruding or calendering. Because the material has good plasticity, the finished products or semi-manufactured goods can be stamped, slit, punched or laminated, have good antisepsis and good anti-demagnetization.  The raw materials are abundance, so very low in cost.

Material:  Ferrite magnetic powder and rubber

Type:

Isotropic rubber magnets:

Have weak magnetism, are used on iceboxes, presswork and marketing and promotion premiums.    

Anisotropic rubber magnets:

Have strong magnetism, and are used in such applications as micro-motors and magnet toys.

Magnetic products: all kinds of fridge magnets, magnet, toy magnets, publicity magnet, magnetic chess, preschool education supplies, etc.

Surface of rubber magnet:

We can produce the rubber magnet (according the different surface) : one side adhesive, double-sided adhesive, PVC, etc.

According to customer request, we can also add the magnetic rubber surface layer of UV light oil, which can protect the magnetic rubber surface and make their surface more beautiful.

Application:

They are widely used in refrigerator, the refrigerator door seal, display shelf, display equipment, etc.

Derection of magnetizing:

Packing:

1. By Sea: They will be packed in a white box of pieces each, several boxes to a carton. (Detailed package     quantity should be made upon the real products)

2. By Air: If the goods will be shipped by air, all the magnetic should be degaussed and we will use Iron       sheet to shield.

Transportation:

1. By Sea: If the GW is over 50kg, we advise ship by sea when you are not urgent for the goods as the charge of ocean way is cheaper than by air.

    P.S Appointed shipping company or our own forwarders all could be used in shipment.

2. By Air: If the good below 30kg, we advise ship by air as we HAWELL MAG signed a long-term                 agreement with Express (DHL, TNT, FedEx) and the best discount we can provide to you.
