H & B was founded in 2005 and headquartered in Hong Kong, factory located in mainland China. Owns three large-scale production plant covers an area of 10,000 square meters, existing staff 500 people. 

1. How much about the MOQ?

Our normal MOQ are 20 sets, but for special requirements, it would be100sets.

2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.

If you need the samples, you will charge for the sample cost and the express freight. But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation.

3. How long can I expect to get the sample?

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-7 days.

4. Can you do the design for us?

Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience in photo album design and manufacturing. We can manufacture the products as per your requirements. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

5. What about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity. The lead time of MOQ is about 20-25 days. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.

6. What kinds of packing would be?

The normal packing is strong enough package to protect goods: non woven bag for each album, sponge inside carton.

Shrink wrap, paper box, carton, leather case
the packing method can be changed according to customers' request.

7. What are your terms of delivery?

We accept EXW, FOB etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

8. What are your terms of payment?

We accept payment as the following, Western Union and T/T. 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery.
