BRIEF INTRODUCTION

Silver mirror is produced through "dual coat" proces. It involves coating clear or tinted glass with silver 

and then layering protective coats of copper and paint which help to protect mirror from corrosive chemical 

attack and abrasion. The most recently technology in mirror manufacturing produces a product which is 

copper and lead free ( lead content of the paint is<0.5% ) and offers longer resistance to corrosion and 

aggressive chemical agents than conventional mirrors.

CHARACTERISTICS

2. The plating layer is rigid and bond and the protective layer is impregnable with good 

   erosion-resistance.
